The University of Pittsburgh Oakland Master Plan project will start with tasks and milestones, data collection and fact-finding from a wide-range of participants: Stakeholders, Planners, as well as subject matter experts.  We intend to incorporate best-practices in “project time management” in this manner: Activities will be logically sequenced according to the projects needs to create a critical path for accomplishment then use the outcomes to determine the risk-factors, milestone dates, and other statistical planning data. 

We recognize this is short notice for this kickoff meeting and that this is vacation season. If you or your representative cannot attend, please understand that we will be scheduling a second campus master kickoff meeting in September.
