PennDOT is hosting the first public meeting regarding design improvements along the Boulevard of the Allies between Downtown and Bates Street. Community members are invited to engage in a discussion about the parameters of this betterment project and are welcomed to voice their primary concerns. This comprehensive project will include resurfacing, as well as other street design improvements. No draft plans have been proposed at this point.
