OPDC holds monthly public meetings to facilitate discussion between developers and community members. All residents are invited to learn more about the planning process and gather in a collective effort to advocate for quality projects.

Light refreshments will be provided. Child care is available upon request.

Agenda:

1. University of Pittsburgh
   Banners: Replacement of banners throughout Oakland to reflect the University's new colors, marks, and fonts.
   Personal delivery device: Proposal to introduce autonomous personal delivery devices (PDDs) to deliver groceries, packages, and more.

2. Walnut on Fifth - 3342 Fifth Avenue: Walnut Capital will present a detailed review of design plans for their 10-story office building to be constructed at Fifth Avenue and Halket Street.

3. Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA): PWSA will share information about their Customer Assistance Program, which offers financial assistance to income-qualified residents.
