OPDC holds monthly public meetings to facilitate discussion between developers and community members. All residents are invited to learn more about the planning process and gather in a collective effort to advocate for quality projects.

Agenda:

• 3611 Parkview Avenue: Renovation of rear porch and demolition of single car garage in rear of property.

• 0 Boundary Street: Proposal to build six new homes on vacant lot. First sales would be restricted to owner occupants.

• Forbes/Beeler Residence Hall - CMU: Carnegie Mellon University will provide project updates on plans for a new residence hall at Forbes Avenue and Beeler Street.

Light refreshments will be provided. Child care is available upon request.
