Oakland-Wide Community Meeting

  • 294 Semple Street Pittsburgh, PA 15213 (map)

OPDC holds monthly public meetings to facilitate discussion between developers and community members. All residents are invited to learn more about the planning process and gather in a collective effort to advocate for quality projects.

Light refreshments will be provided. Child care is available upon request.

Agenda:

  1. 411 South Craig Street: Occupancy change of first floor from retail to  restaurant and facade extension.

  2. Carnegie Mellon University: Proposal to pave and slightly expand a dirt lot in North Oakland across from the former Filmmakers facility (477 Melwood Ave). CMU will also implement storm water management on the site.

All current projects can be found on our Design Development Review page along with corresponding meeting minutes, presentations, and feedback summaries. OPDC updates this tracker at least every two weeks, but more frequently as necessary.  Click here to access the neighborhood master plan, The Oakland 2025 Master Plan
