The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) invites community members to attend the final public meeting focused on transportation needs and solutions along State Route 885/Second Avenue corridor between the 10th Street Bridge and the interchange with State Route 837 just south of the Glenwood Bridge.
