Oakland needs you! 

Does trash on the sidewalks in Oakland stress you out? You're not alone! Come join the Oakland Adopt-a-Block program to help make a big difference and instill a sense of pride in the Oakland community. 

Volunteers gather one Saturday per month to pick up litter along designated blocks the neighborhood. You and your team can claim a block to manage all year, or you can choose a block when you arrive. Either way, you'll help make Oakland a cleaner, stronger, healthier neighborhood for everyone.

Following guidelines for COVID-19, teams may not include more than 12 people in a single cleanup event. Team members must stay six feet apart and wear face masks. We supply the necessary supplies, you just need to show up!
