The Zoning Board of Adjustment is now meeting virtually. The meeting will be hosted on Zoom and streamed on YouTube Live on the Pittsburgh City Planning YouTube page. Previous meetings can also be found on the City Planning YouTube page.

A new construction proposal at Boundary Street at Yarrow Way in Central Oakland, which first emerged in 2017, is part of the City's Zoning Board of Adjustment virtual meeting on Thursday, November 5. OPDC hosted a development activities meeting about the proposal in November 2019.

The developer requests variances to build six single-unit attached residential dwellings; zoning for the site would allow four dwellings.
