As part of the Riazzi substation construction, Duquesne Light will be closing the section of Boundary Street/S. Neville between Joncaire and Filmore in both directions from January 11 – March 31, 2021.

OPDC will host a community meeting to discuss this closure and to hear community concerns. Councilman Bruce Kraus and Paul Svoboda, Senior Government Affairs Representative at Duquesne Light, will be available to explain the closure and answer questions.
