Bill 2021-1906, the proposed Oakland Public Realm District E, goes before the Planning Commission for a briefing on December 7, 2021. This meeting is open to the public, but no testimony is heard during a briefing.

The public does have an opportunity to provide testimony on the hearing projects, which includes Hudson Properties plans to build The Julian, a new 10-story apartment building at 419 Melwood Avenue in North Oakland. Email testimony is due at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
