OPDC holds public meetings to facilitate community discussion about development, policy, and topics of interest to neighbors. OPDC is a Registered Community Organization with the City of Pittsburgh.
OPDC, OBID, the Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition, and the City of Pittsburgh Department of City Planning are hosting a required Development Activities Meeting (DAM) for Carnegie Mellon University’s Institutional Master Plan.
Also on the evening’s agenda is a DAM for The Porch at Schenley. The owners of the Porch plan structure improvements that require approvals from the Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Historic Review Commission, and the Art Commission. OPDC and OBID are the RCOs for the projects in Schenley Plaza.
