Oakland Plan - Site focused community workshop

The Oakland Plan project team is hosting site-focused community workshops this spring.

The workshops will incorporate key findings from last fall’s online open house and subsequent monthly meetings of the four Action Teams (Community, Development, Mobility, and Infrastructure).

Attendees will be part of envisioning how redevelopment on these sites might address needs for housing, jobs, community services, people-friendly streets, and park space in Oakland. Optional outdoor socially distant tours will also take place with all attendees required to wear masks.

Saturday, May 15 - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Boulevard of the Allies and Zulema Street site
Optional Tour: Monday, May 10 - 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Meet on the southeast side of Isaly's Building in the parking lot.

Thursday, May 20 - 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Forbes Avenue at Meyran Avenue
Optional Tour: Thursday, May 13, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Meet on the corner of Semple Street and Fresco Way.
