Development Activities Meeting: 107 - 111 Halket Street townhomes and Innovation Tower special exception

OPDC, the Oakland Business Improvement District, and the City of Pittsburgh Department of City Planning are hosting a required Development Activities Meeting on Walnut Capital’s proposed demolition of three townhomes located at 107 - 111 Halket Street.

Walnut Capital is also seeking a Special Exception to permit the University of Pittsburgh to use a portion of the new Innovation Research Tower project at 3342 Fifth Avenue for educational space. This use will need to be approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
