Two projects in the Oakland Civic Center Historic District go before the Historic Review Commission for hearings at the March 2 meeting.

The Wyndham Hotel plans to construct a screening enclosure for rooftop cellular installation. The Porch at Schenley would like to construct a roof and shade system over an existing patio. The Porch also plans to install a greenhouse.
