Landlord – Tenant Workshop

  • Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – Main (Oakland) – South Wing Reading Room 4400 Forbes Avenue Pittsburgh, PA (map)

Going to court can be an overwhelming experience both for landlords and tenants.

This presentation will help build knowledge and confidence by guiding you through the process.

In addition, this presentation outlines the duties and obligations expected of landlords and tenants and how to seek recourse when these obligations are not met.

Finally, it will cover how a case gets to court, courtroom etiquette, what happens in the courtroom, and the documentation you need to support your legal position. Join Mark Tamburri, Esq. as we navigate you through this process.

This is a hybrid event. It will be offered in person and virtually. Presented by Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, the Allegheny County Law Library, Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, and Just Meditation. Virtual program hosted by Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.
