City Councilperson Charland’s office will host drop-in hours at OPDC to assist residents, hear concerns, and answer questions. Satellite office hours will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm every third Wednesday of the month at 294 Semple Street. We encourage you to stop by! Councilperson Charland represents District 3.
