For the first time in a decade, OPDC has drafted a new strategic plan that knits lessons from our past with excitement for our future. With input from neighbors and stakeholders, our board and staff are wrapping up a year-long process, clear-eyed about Oakland’s complexity, challenges, and opportunities.
