The City will host a joint Development Activities Meeting (DAM) for Oakland community members. Walnut Capital and Strada will present their plans for Parcel “A” of Oakland Crossings.
The proposed development seeks to construct a multistory mixed-use building on the former Quality Inn Site, located at 3401 Boulevard of the Allies. It calls for a grocery story, 426 apartment units, an integrated 445-space parking garage, and additional ground floor retail uses.
