The Department of City Planning (DCP) proposes to complete the re-zoning of North Oakland as recommended by the Land Use Plan of the 2022 Oakland Plan.
City Council will hold a Public Hearing on a Zoning Map Amendment for the North Oakland neighborhood on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
