OPDC now accepting applications for 49 affordable apartments

Construction is underway on Oakland Affordable Living—OPDC’s 49-unit affordable housing development in West Oakland. We are now accepting applications for 13 three-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom, and 24 one-bedroom units at 2561 Allequippa Street and 2520 Wadsworth Street. The Allequippa Street units will be available May-July 2018 and Wadsworth Street units will be available in late 2018.

All units are 100% affordable and six of the 49 units are fully accessible. See the table below for income qualification criteria.

Residents will enjoy amenities such as a playground, off-street parking, and bike parking. Community Human Services (CHS) will provide an onsite Community Support Specialist at the Wadsworth building to offer social service assistance to residents.
