The University of Pittsburgh is in the process of identifying a new development partner to help construct a multistory mixed-use building on the former Quality Inn Site, located at 3401 Boulevard of the Allies. The University intends for the site to include a grocery store on the first floor and apartments above it, 10% of which will be affordable.
