The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will hear a proposal from Walnut Capital to construct a 169-unit apartment building at the corner of Louisa Street and McKee Place at 262 McKee Place. Walnut Capital is requesting a variance to permit the construction of a 60-foot car carousel that will be attached to the apartment building.
